Trust Score is an admin feature that Wolfia enables for your organization. If you do not see Trust Score in the sidebar, ask your administrator or your Wolfia contact to turn it on.
What Trust Score measures
Trust Score watches the answers that matter most to you and turns “is Wolfia getting this right?” into a number you can track. Trust Score is:- A weekly health check on your most important answers.
- An early warning before a wrong answer reaches a customer.
- A single number your team can rally around and improve.
- Proof that Wolfia declines a question when it has no documented answer.
- A guarantee that every answer is perfect.
- A test of questions you have not added as checks.
- A replacement for reviewing high-stakes answers before they go out.
Use cases
Catch regressions before customers do
A knowledge base edit or a product change quietly breaks a previously correct answer. The weekly run flags the now-failing check so you fix it first.
Prove Wolfia won't make things up
Decline checks show a security reviewer that Wolfia declines a question when it has no documented answer.
Guard your most-corrected answers
Seed checks from the questions your team corrects most. The ones you correct most are the riskiest to leave unguarded.
Prioritize knowledge work by area
Read “Trust by area” weakest-first to see which part of your product Wolfia answers least reliably, and invest there.
Validate a fix immediately
After correcting a fact or an answering instruction, re-run the failing check on demand and confirm the score climbs without waiting for Monday.
Track a quality goal over time
Rally the team around a single 0 to 100 number trending toward your goal, and watch the run-to-run movement.
How the score works
Checks
A check is a question paired with what a good answer looks like. There are two kinds:| Check type | What it proves | Passes when |
|---|---|---|
| Answer | Wolfia reproduces a vetted, known-good answer. | The answer is factually consistent with your expected answer. |
| Decline | Wolfia refuses to invent an answer when none is documented. | Wolfia declines or says the answer is not documented. |
- Questionnaire flow runs the questionnaire answering pipeline.
- Chat flow runs the chat agent.
Grading
Wolfia grades every answer against your expected answer. The expected answer captures the meaning to match. Different wording and extra correct detail still pass. For Decline checks, Wolfia passes only when it abstains.Your score
Your Trust Score is the share of your checks that pass. When you have Decline checks, the score also splits into two sub-metrics:- Accuracy is the pass rate of your Answer checks (answers it knows).
- Calibration is the pass rate of your Decline checks (declines what it doesn’t).
Trust by area
The Trust by area card breaks your score down by part of your product, sorted weakest-first so you know where to start. An area is either Organization-wide (for framework questions like CMMC, DORA, or GDPR) or one of your business segments. This card appears once you have checks in at least two areas. When it runs
Wolfia re-runs every enabled check automatically each Monday. You can also run checks on demand at any time, and results appear in one to three minutes. On-demand runs are capped at 20 per hour per organization. The trend chart defaults to the last 30 days, and you can switch the window on the page.Using the page
See your score
Open Trust Score from the sidebar. The gauge shows your score out of 100, with the band and movement badges, plus the Accuracy and Calibration sub-metrics when you have Decline checks.
Find your weakest area
Read Trust by area, which is sorted weakest-first. Start with the lowest bar.
Read the trend
The chart plots your Trust Score over time. Adjust the time filter to change the window (30 days by default).
Work the checks list
The Checks table shows each question, Wolfia’s latest answer, and a status: Passing, Failing, Errored, Never run, or Disabled. Failing checks sort to the top and get a Fix button.
Add checks
Use New check to add a question and its expected answer, pick Answer or Decline, and choose the Questionnaire or Chat flow. Or use Suggest checks to let Wolfia propose checks built from the questions your team corrects most and asks most. Review each expected answer before adding, since it becomes the answer Wolfia is graded against.
Run a check
Run a single check from its row, run a selection, or use Run all to run every enabled check now.
Fix a failing check
Open the check’s results to compare Wolfia answered against your Expected answer and read the grader’s reasoning. Fix the root cause by correcting the fact in your knowledge base or adjusting your answering instructions, then re-run the check to confirm the score climbs.
Get access
Trust Score is gated and turned on by Wolfia. To use it:- Your organization needs the feature enabled. Ask your Wolfia contact to turn it on.

How is the score calculated?
How is the score calculated?
It is the share of your checks that pass. An answer passes when Wolfia judges it consistent with your expected answer. For Decline checks, it passes when Wolfia correctly abstains.
Does my answer have to match the expected answer word-for-word?
Does my answer have to match the expected answer word-for-word?
No. The expected answer is the minimum bar. Different phrasing and extra correctly-grounded detail still pass. A check fails only if the answer contradicts the expected answer or omits a substantive fact it asserts.
A check is failing. How do I fix it?

Open the check’s results, compare Wolfia answered to your Expected answer, and read the grader’s reasoning. Fix the root cause by adding or correcting the fact in your knowledge base, or adjusting your answering instructions, then re-run the check to confirm it passes.
