Best practices

Keep content fresh

Set up integrations to automatically pull in new certifications and policy updates. Review quarterly to ensure all information remains current and relevant.

Balance transparency and security

Share enough to build trust without exposing sensitive details. Use access controls for detailed technical documentation while keeping high-level security posture public.

Make it discoverable

Add your Trust Center link to:
  • Email signatures
  • Security questionnaire responses
  • Sales collateral
  • Your main website footer

Track what matters

Use analytics to understand which documents close deals faster. If certain certifications are downloaded frequently, consider making them more prominent.

Respond quickly

Set up notifications for access requests. Quick approval shows you’re responsive and professional. Consider auto-approval for requests from trusted domains.

Integration with questionnaires

Your Trust Center works seamlessly with Wolfia’s questionnaire automation. When answering security questionnaires:
  • Responses automatically link to Trust Center documentation
  • Customers can verify answers by viewing source documents
  • Consistency between questionnaire answers and Trust Center content
  • Reduced back-and-forth with security teams

Troubleshooting

Custom domain not working

  1. Verify DNS records are correctly configured
  2. Allow 24-48 hours for DNS propagation
  3. Check SSL certificate status in settings
  4. Contact support if issues persist

Documents not appearing

  1. Ensure documents are marked as “published”
  2. Check visibility settings (public vs. private)
  3. Verify file upload completed successfully
  4. Clear browser cache and refresh
  1. Check if access period has expired
  2. Verify the requester’s email matches the approved email
  3. Ensure cookies are enabled in the browser
  4. Generate a new access link if needed
